L’Empire Vie est à la recherche d’un conseiller ou d’une conseillère, Pratiques de distribution pour joindre son équipe de Pratiques de distribution. Le ou la conseiller(ère), Pratiques de distribution offre du soutien aux équipes de distribution dans tous les secteurs d’activité en développant et en livrant des services conçus pour promouvoir d’une manière efficace les meilleures pratiques pour les partenaires de la distribution; répondre aux obligations règlementaires de la société; et gérer le risque lié aux réseaux de distribution de la société.**Du travail qui a de l’importance** : saisissez l’occasion de travailler sur des projets importants qui ont une influence positive sur notre clientèle et notre société en général.**Jouez un rôle essentiel** : vous avez l’occasion de parfaire vos compétences tout en contribuant directement à l’unité d’affaires dont vous faites partie.

**Vos responsabilités**
- Fournir des conseils éclairés et pratiques aux partenaires d’unité d’affaires à propos de questions relatives à la distribution, telles que la diligence raisonnable, les pratiques exemplaires, la mise sous contrat et la surveillance, par rapport aux partenaires potentiels, actuels et aux anciens partenaires de la distribution pour soutenir les relations de la distribution de la société et améliorer la qualité des affaires des partenaires de la distribution.- Collaborer avec l’équipe des Pratiques de distribution, participer à la mise en place des solutions pratiques conçues pour soutenir la conformité de la société à l’égard des exigences règlementaires et des normes du secteur et de l’entreprise relatives à la distribution afin d’aider à gérer les risques juridique, règlementaire et de réputation de la société.- Fournir du soutien rentable de gestion des risques liés à la distribution aux unités d’affaires par l’élaboration et l’établissement de normes de la gestion du risque et de la conformité conçues pour autoriser des activités proactives de gestion du risque lié à la distribution.- Livrer des présentations engageantes et informationnelles aux distributeurs sous forme de webinaires et en personne.- Surveiller les obligations de contrat, les pratiques commerciales, les critères types, l’utilisation du logo de l’entreprise, les révisions des blocs d’affaires, la création de rapports des partenaires de la distribution et faire des recommandations pour des mesures correctives.- Fournir des conseils éclairés et pratiques aux partenaires d’unité d’affaires à propos des exigences de conformité des partenaires de la distribution.- Distribuer des sondages sur la conformité et des certificats annuels de la conformité aux partenaires de la distribution; examiner et analyser les résultats pour déterminer un plan d’action.- Effectuer des examens sur dossier et sur place et élaborer un rapport détaillé comprenant des conclusions et des recommandations; transmettre les recommandations au partenaire de la distribution et effectuer un suivi sur les plans d’action; collaborer avec les partenaires de la distribution à propos des recommandations; fournir de la documentation et aider lors de la mise en place dans leurs pratiques.- Communiquer avec l’équipe des Ventes et les partenaires de la distribution sur les exigences actuelles, modifiées ou de nouvelles exigences règlementaires ou du secteur qui pourront toucher leurs pratiques.
- Fournir de nouveaux outils ou des outils pratiques mis à jour utilisés par nos partenaires de la distribution, y compris le site Web de conformité de la société, le manuel des pratiques exemplaires, les FAQ.
**Ce que nous recherchons**:
- Bilinguisme anglais et français- Cinq années ou plus d’expérience dans le secteur de l’assurance/des services financiers avec une expérience pratique de distribution, de formation ou de conformité.- Connaissance des pratiques de ventes et des règlementations du secteur de l’assurance.- Connaissance des logiciels de traitement de texte, de feuille de calcul, de base de données, de courriel, d’Internet et de présentation.- Fortes aptitudes d’enquête, d’analyse et de prise de décisions- Excellentes compétences en communication écrite et orale, et en présentation- Motivation, tact, diplomatie et capacité à respecter la confidentialité des renseignements personnels- Capacité à établir des priorités et à gérer simultanément diverses tâches ou divers projets- Capacité à travailler de façon autonome et à collaborer en tant que membre d’une équipe- Diplôme universitaire en administrat
