**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Negotiate job offers and facilitate the onboarding process for new hires.
- Foster strong employee relations by providing support during the recruitment process and addressing any concerns that may arise.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruiting to continuously improve processes.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in recruiting or human resources, with a strong understanding of HR sourcing techniques.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems such as iCIMS or similar platforms is preferred.
- Experience with HRIS systems like Kronos or UltiPro is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building relationships.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

Pay: $33,503.91-$65,532.21 per year
