**DESCRIPTION**
L'équipe Fordia Propulsé par Epiroc est à la recherche d'une perle rare pour combler le poste de contrôleur adjoint corporatif.

Sous la supervision du Contrôleur Corporatif, le/la contrôleur(e) adjoint(e) corporatif sera responsable de la préparation des états financiers, de la gestion des comptes fournisseurs et du dossier de vérification. Il/elle participera activement à la gestion de la trésorerie, au processus budgétaire, ainsi qu’à l’implantation et au suivi de divers contrôles.

**PRINCIPALES RESPONSABILITÉS**

Conformité
- Préparer et coordonner la préparation des états financiers mensuels et rapports de gestion en assurant la fiabilité et le contrôle de la qualité de l’information, tout en respectant les délais.
- Gérer l’équipe des comptes fournisseurs
- Participer à la gestion de la trésorerie:

- Responsable des conciliations bancaires
- Responsable du suivi journalier de la trésorerie au niveau corporatif
- Support pour les outils informatiques/internet bancaires
- Participer activement au processus budgétaire ainsi que l’analyse des écarts (national et international)
- Responsable des dossiers suivants:

- Vérification externe (Dossier de vérification, support aux crédits fiscaux (R&D)
- Vérifications gouvernementales
- Agir à titre de super usager pour SAP pour la comptabilité générale
- Effectuer diverses analyses financières
- Participer à des projets spéciaux
- Participer au suivi des contrôles et documentation financière de filiales étrangères

**PRÉREQUIS, FORMATION ET EXPÉRIENCE**
- Baccalauréat en comptabilité.
- Titre comptable CPA.
- Expérience pertinente dans une entreprise similaire.
- Leadership, Expérience en supervision.
- Expérience avec un système de gestion intégré (ERP).
- Bonne connaissance de SAP, un atout.
- Excellente maîtrise du français et de l’anglais, parlé et écrit (espagnol un atout)
- Maîtrise des logiciels de la suite Microsoft Office

**DESCRIPTION**
Fordia Powered by Epiroc is looking for a rare gem to fill the position of Corporate Controller Assistant.

Under the supervision of the Corporate Controller, the Corporate Controller Assistant will be responsible of the preparation of financial statements, the management of accounts payable and the audit file. He/she will actively participate in cash management, the budget process, as well as the implementation and monitoring of various controls.

**MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES**
Conformity
- Prepare and coordinate the preparation of monthly financial statements and management reports, ensuring the reliability and quality control of information, while respecting deadlines.
- Manage the accounts payable team
- Participate in cash management:

- Responsible for bank reconciliations
- Responsible for daily cash flow monitoring at corporate level
- Support for IT tools / internet banking
- Actively participate in the budget process as well as the gap analysis (national and international)
- Responsible for the following files:

- External verification (verification file, support for tax credits (R&D)
- Government audits
- Act as super user for SAP for general accounting
- Perform various financial analyzes
- Participate in special projects
- Participate in the monitoring of controls and financial documentation of foreign subsidiaries

**PREREQUISITES**
- Bachelor's degree in accounting.
- Member of CPA order.
- Relevant experience in a similar company
- Leadership, Supervisory experience.
- Experience with an enterprise resource planning (ERP).
- Good knowledge of SAP, an asset.
- Fluent in French and English, spoken and written (Spanish an asset)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite software
