A typical day for the Business Systems Analyst
- Core system support for operations - complete detailed analysis, liaise with APS business, triage new requests, create workarounds, collaborate with QA testers and drive resolutions
- Collaborate with the key vendor and IST teams to deliver on plans
- Action system-related tasks for corporate and divisional projects
- Flex to accommodate a full plate and changing needs without sacrificing quality
- Facilitate prioritization of business requests
- Maintain verbal and written communication with business areas to keep information flowing in a remote setting
- Participate actively in meetings to stay informed and plan work in a fast-paced environment

What you bring
- University degree, diploma, or certification
- 3+ years of relevant experience
- Proficiency at analyzing, troubleshooting, and critical thinking
- Flexible communication style for clarity with non-technical users, as well as technical teams and vendors
- Proven ability to create and maintain solid communication channels with your team and clients
- Creativity and initiative to seek answers where documentation may not exist
- Familiarity with the software development lifecycle and practical understanding of integrated software systems
- Excellent prioritization and time management in a busy work environment
- Knowledge of the pension services industry is a benefit
