TYCROP Trailers is looking for a part-time **Custodian** to join our growing team

**Responsibilities**:

- Daily cleaning of offices, common areas, plant lunchroom and washrooms
- Ensuring frequently touched surfaces are cleaned four times daily
- Ensure washroom supplies are stocked
- General yard cleaning including washing outside windows as scheduled, sweeping parking lot, empty smoking area ashtray and sweep, shoveling walkways and salting as required

**Qualifications**:

- Safety procedure adherence
- Ability to lift 50 lbs/ manual dexterity/ climb ladders and work in high places
- Ability to work in wet, humid, outdoor, high noise and dusty environment

Pay: $17.50-$20.00 per hour
