Our Office Team of 5 operates in an open office area, sharing our talent and insights with one another for the betterment of ourselves and our clients.

While we are professionals, we don’t take ourselves too seriously, we like to share a laugh, and don’t use insurance terminology to make ourselves sound any smarter than we are.

You will be supported not only by the Team, but by Mike, our Agent whose main responsibility is to ensure that each Team Member benefits from his wealth of knowledge garnered over the last 17 years of Agency experience. Having an engaged mentor at your disposal is a **career game-changer**.

**Position Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Taking care of our existing clients and explaining coverage and options to suit their needs, market appropriate products and services.
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions and billing clarification.
- Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals.

**Requirements**:

- Service or Sales experience (retail associate, food service or telemarketing) preferred
- Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening
- Proactive in problem-solving
- Dedicated to customer service
- Ability to multi-task
- Ability to make presentations to potential customers
