**Mission**

**Objectifs**
- Garantir la conformité des produits et installations de son secteur en respectant le plan de contrôle Qualité.
- Assurer le contrôle, l’identification précise, l’enregistrement, la validation de défauts après réparation et enfin la clôture des points de retouche et RNC.
- Résolution de problèmes : suivi, rigueur, réactivité, efficacité, force de proposition.
- Déploiement de l’animation Qualité auprès des équipes d’installation.

**Mesures de la performance**
- Evolution de la quantité de NCR et points de retouche ouverts (Punch-liste et NCR SLV).
- Liste de retouche client.
- Réactivité sur la résolution de problème, réparation des défauts,

**Responsabilités**

**Garantir la conformité du produit et de l’installation**
- Garantir la mise en œuvre du plan de contrôle Qualité détaillé à la position : points d’arrêt, critères, moyens, fréquence.
- Réaliser les inspections au plus tôt.
- Rédiger les rapports d’inspections (complétés avec des évidences).
- Identifier précisément les RNC et retouches, les enregistrer, suivre et valider leur traitement.
- Analyser, participer à la définition des plans d’action et suivre leur implantation (curatif, correctif,).
- Participer à la résolution de problème.
- Autoriser la libération des produits et installations.
- Fournir les éléments pour constituer les rapports d’inspection SLV des installations.

**Manager la qualité au quotidien**
- Assurer l’animation Qualité au quotidien auprès des équipes d’installation (exemple de défauts, axe d’amélioration, )
- Supporter l’équipe installation pour la mise en œuvre des actions contribuant à l‘amélioration générale de la Qualité (réduction de la non-qualité, efficacité de l’auto contrôle, bon du premier coup,).
- Proposition d’amélioration du plan de contrôle détaillé : amélioration interne (pertinence),
