**Overview**:
We seek a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistic Coordinator to join our team. As a logistics coordinator, you will be responsible for managing the movement of goods and materials, ensuring timely delivery, and maintaining efficient warehouse operations. If you have a strong background in logistics and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you.

**Duties**:

- Coordinate import and export shipment activities, including customs clearance and documentation.
- Liase with frieght fowarders and other third parties to ensure timely and accurate import and export processes and paperwork.
- Regularly review ocean freight rates and negotiate with carriers and forwarders best rates possible to various ports.
- Will be overseeing the new CARM program.
- Extension experience with sea container shipments.
- Negotiate freight rates for FTL, LTL and courier shipments.

**Experience**:

- Proven experience as a Logistic Coordinator or similar role
- Strong knowledge of logistics processes and procedures
- Proficient in data analysis skills to identify trends and make informed decisions
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a focus on process improvement
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with internal teams, suppliers, and carriers

**Requirements**:

- 2-4 years of relevant work experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain management or related field.
