Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Logistics Coordinator. This role will be responsible for the efficient management of our warehouse and tool crib, ensuring that all materials and equipment are properly stored and distributed to our job sites.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the receipt and storage of materials and equipment in our warehouse, ensuring that all items are properly labeled and organized.
  • Manage the tool crib, ensuring that all tools and equipment are properly maintained and inventoried.
  • Coordinate the loading and unloading of materials and equipment from trucks and job sites.
  • Ensure that all materials and equipment are properly secured and transported to and from job sites.
  • Maintain accurate records of inventory and shipments.
  • Collaborate with the Construction Manager to ensure that all logistics needs are met.

Requirements:

  • Valid Ontario driver's license with clean driver's abstract.
  • Valid forklift experience, with a certificate required through the company.
  • Physically fit and able to lift and carry heavy materials up to 50 lbs.
  • Previous warehouse and delivery experience is an asset.
  • Must be punctual and reliable.
  • Must be well organized and able to maintain tool crib inventory and warehouse stock.
