**Detailed Description**

**Performs tasks such as, but not limited to, the following**:
Provides support to the Sustainability Director on the following key initiatives:

- Working with multiple areas within Celestica’s organization to develop and monitor that appropriate goals are in place within Celestica and its global facilities
- Analyze the sustainability practices of our organization and provide input to the development and obtaining targets for our long-term goals (eg, emissions, water)
- Assist in the management of corporate science-based targets for greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions reduction through the collection and maintenance of data from our global operations
- Host Celestica’s Global Energy and Waste Working Group driving improvements for Celestica’s environmental position.
- Support the corporate Energy Consumption Roadmap Reviews supporting investments in renewable energy
- Reporting
- Project management of Celestica’s annual sustainability report aligned with GRI, SASB, TCFD and UNGC, supporting overall materiality assessment
- Support selected assessments such as Corporate Knights, ISS, UN Global Compact
- Supervise CDP Climate-change and Water Questionnaires and support other team members working on submission
- Work with internal sustainability representatives and external agencies
- Manage and administer of Celestica’s Carbon Accounting Management system
- Complete corporate emissions data verification aligned with the GHG Protocol and/or ISO14064 standards
- Maintain emission factors and support emissions calculations
- Work with NGOs/Academia/Industry consortia on various initiatives

**Knowledge/Skills/Competencies**:

- Knowledge of ISO and environmental management as it relates to greenhouse gas emissions
- Excellent skills in MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint
- Good analytical and problem solving skills
- Ability to work with a diverse set of partners, stakeholders, technologists, across the globe
- Work in situations with modest ambiguity, bring passion to create solutions to problems or issues that arise
- Ability to effectively communicate with a wide variety of internal and external customers. Excellent attention to detail
- Keep up with ESG trends and aligning with overall strategy

**Physical Demands**:

- Duties of this position are performed in a normal office environment.
- Duties may require extended periods of sitting and sustained visual concentration on a computer monitor or on numbers and other detailed data.
- Repetitive manual movements (e.g., data entry, using a computer mouse, using a calculator, etc.) are frequently required.
- Overnight travel may occasionally be required

**Typical Experience**:
Minimum of four to six years of applicable experience

**Typical Education**:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in related field, or consideration of an equivalent combination of education and experience.
