Reporting to the Director of Talents and Culture, the Talent Development & Communication Coordinator will work closely with members of the human resources team by overseeing the reception/integration and talent development component. He will play a coordination and support role with various stakeholders. He will help promote the employer brand through visibility marketing initiatives and organize events. He will collaborate on the company’s internal and external communications plans while caring about the corporate image.

**Specific responsibilities**:
**TALENT DEVELOPEMENT**
- Support internal trainers in the development of their training plan to ensure the layout and standardization of our training plans.
- Coordinate and plan training when welcoming new employees or to contribute to their development.
- Plan, organize and follow up on all training components.
- Assist the General Manager and the operational team on request for the reservation of rooms or any other reservations for travel, hotel, meals, etc.

**COMMUNICATION**
- Collaborate on the internal and external communication plan to promote the employer brand that enhances HR actions.
- Take the minutes of technical meetings attended by the Managing Director on new projects or any other strategic meeting.
- Translate from French into English various policies, welcome documents, training, work instructions and matrices.
- Participate in the development of the company’s image.
- Take charge of the development of communication and marketing strategies (Web, social media, newsletters, videos, etc.);
- Manage several social media accounts as well as the company’s website.
- Keep up to date and contribute to the development of partnerships with organizations of interest to the company.
- Participate in the development of promotional and advertising material.
- Participate in the organization of special and recognition events.
- Responsible for general corporate communications and logistics.

**Displacement/travel**
May be called upon to travel around occasionally (for purchases or commissions).

**Qualifications and requirements**

**Schooling**
- BAC in human resources, communication, administration or any other relevant training.

**Experience**
- 3 years of relevant experience

**Knowledge**
- Knowledge of the MS-Office suite, particularly Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
- Excellent command and knowledge of social media or content creation sites (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Canva, etc.)
