Camfil Power Systems is a leading supplier of air filtration and acoustic treatment systems for with its headquarters for the Americas in Laval. The PM participates to handover from sales Application in KA team. Including KAM, Project Engineer, Sales Application Eng. And the procurement in one team. The PM will be working in parallel with shared resources (Engineering, Designers, Quality, Sourcing and Finance)

Sales Points:

- Analyze Risks with Sales Application Eng and the KAM
- Support Sales Application Engineer in bidding and project timeline
- Analyze risks

Project Start-up (Reception of PO):

- Initiate Kick Off meetings with Project Team
- Review budget
- Enter project budget in ERP system and follow or review project budget (actual vs sales projects and forecast)

During Contract Execution:

- Monthly review of costs and update forecast; review with Finance Controller.
- Support Project Team with their needs.
- Responsible for Execution of the projects and must find solutions to challenges that the Team may face.
- Responsible that all Client requirements on PO are fulfilled. (IOM, QC Reports, Documentations and Delivery).
- Give Team members the priorities that need to be addressed and look at all the task that need to be performed first.
- Report weekly to KAM project budget activities and manage the project with the support of Engineering, Designers, Quality, Sourcing and Finance
- Develop a strategy to achieve project execution.
- Support Key Account Manager with request from Customers.
- Provide progress repost chart to Customer when requested
- Provide project schedule and update to Customer periodically
- Schedule follow-up meetings with Team Members
- Follow-up with Engineering or other departments on all requests made.
- Develop a process with the Team to execute jobs more efficiently
- Ensure that revenue and costs are accurate in ERP system and request any adjustment if necessary.
- Review Hedging information and advise Finance Dept if foresee any change in dates.
- Inform KAM of any order Variation and ensure follow-up.

Do you have the requested qualifications?
- Bachelor degree or D.E.C in mechanical engineering is preferred
- Bilingual spoken and written
- Experience in managing large projects, including all related activities, such as managing costs, schedules and contracts
