**Position Overview**:
We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Project Management Intern to join our team. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in project management within the lighting industry. The intern will primarily focus on documentation, building project structures, and configuring our project management tool.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Maintain comprehensive project documentation, ensuring all records are up-to-date and accessible.
- Assist in creating and organizing project structures to ensure efficient workflow and task management.
- Configure and optimize our project management tool to meet the needs of various projects and team members.
- Facilitate communication between project stakeholders, including team members, clients, and vendors.
- Help manage project tasks, timelines, and deliverables.
- Identify and address project issues and risks, escalating when necessary.
- Assist in ensuring project deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations.

**Qualifications**:

- Currently pursuing a degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software (e.g., MS Project, Trello, Asana).
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

**Présentation du poste**:
Nous recherchons un stagiaire en gestion de projet très motivé et orienté vers le détail pour rejoindre notre équipe. Ce stage offre une opportunité unique d'acquérir une expérience pratique en gestion de projet dans l'industrie de l'éclairage. Le stagiaire se concentrera principalement sur la documentation, la structuration des projets et la configuration de notre outil de gestion de projet.

**Responsabilités principales**:

- Maintenir une documentation de projet complète, en veillant à ce que tous les dossiers soient à jour et accessibles.
- Aider à créer et organiser des structures de projet pour garantir un flux de travail et une gestion des tâches efficaces.
- Configurer et optimiser notre outil de gestion de projet pour répondre aux besoins de divers projets et membres de l'équipe.
- Faciliter la communication entre les parties prenantes du projet, y compris les membres de l'équipe, les clients et les fournisseurs.
- Aider à la gestion des tâches, des délais et des livrables du projet.
- Identifier et résoudre les problèmes et risques du projet, en escaladant lorsque nécessaire.
- Aider à garantir que les livrables du projet répondent aux normes de qualité et aux attentes des clients.

**Qualifications**:

- Actuellement en cours d'obtention d'un diplôme en gestion de projet, administration des affaires, ingénierie ou dans un domaine connexe.
- Excellentes compétences en communication verbale et écrite.
- Solides compétences organisationnelles avec la capacité de gérer plusieurs tâches simultanément.
- Grande attention aux détails et précision.
- Maîtrise de la suite Microsoft Office et des logiciels de gestion de projet (par exemple, MS Project, Trello, Asana).
- Capacité à travailler efficacement en équipe.
