**What We’re Looking For**:
- Minimum 2 years of Solar sales experience is_**required**_
- Management experience is preferred
- Must be willing to utilize all avenues to self-generate leads (door knocking, social media, cold calling, etc.)
- Highly motivated, self-starters with a strong work ethic and positive attitude
**What We Expect**:
- Be active within the company & your team on a daily basis
- Help with recruiting in order to grow your region and increase your outreach
- Help the company grow by expanding our installer network in any states within your region where we don’t have coverage
- Responsible for leading, developing, & motivating your team thru sales meetings, goal setting, and canvassing blitz’s in your local area
- Participate in weekly management meetings to help move the company forward
- **Close 3-5 of your own deals per month**:
- Communicate clearly and concisely with customers regularly to ensure a smooth and pleasant customer experience

Pay: $156,395.00-$186,714.00 per year
