Handyman Connection is a rapidly expanding home improvement company offering services, including bathroom and kitchen renovations, basement remodels, and exterior projects such as fences and decks etc. We are dedicated to delivering high-quality craftsmanship and customer satisfaction.

**Job Summary**:
We seek a dynamic and results-driven Renovation Manager to oversee our renovation project workflow from initiation to completion. This role involves direct interaction with clients to capture their requirements, coordination with sales and design teams, management of construction crews, procurement of materials, and ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct detailed assessments with potential clients to understand and document their project needs.
- Collaborate with sales, design, and estimating teams to gather and record client requirements.
- Organize and lead kickoff meetings with clients and construction teams at project sites.
- Assign projects to appropriate construction crews based on expertise and availability.
- Manage the procurement and delivery of materials, ensuring timely availability on-site.
- Handle change orders efficiently to accommodate client requests or project needs.
- Maintain open and effective communication with clients to manage expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
- Conduct and document a lessons learned session after each project, identifying opportunities for improvement and updating the operations manual accordingly.
- Oversee project timelines, budgeting, and quality control measures to ensure project success.
- Monitor and ensure project productivity metrics are achieved and maintained.
- Provide exceptional customer service, promptly addressing inquiries and resolving any issues.
- Manage the creation, distribution, and collection of estimates, invoices, and payments.
- Organize monthly craftsmen events aimed at learning, enhancing processes and performance, and fostering team cohesion.
- Commit to continuous learning and development in home improvement and customer service.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Building Services, or related field.
- Over 10 years of proven experience in project coordination or site superintendent roles, with a strong willingness to learn and adapt.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging effectively with clients and team members at all levels.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM/PM software.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
- Valid Driver’s License and Insurance
