PROJECT MANAGER

JOB SUMMARY:

Location: 40 Pippin Road Unit 6, Concord, Vaughan, ON, L4K 4M6
Position type: Full-time ,Permanent, Salary.
Hours: 40 Hours/ per week (Flexible schedule).

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Scope of work creation or timeline creation.

2. Organize the time lines of the projects in accordance with the number of projects running in the specific month.

3. Scheduling Trades and Sub trades for the job site.

4.Read and understand construction and shop drawings.

5.Delegate duties to the Project coordinator and coordinate project related duties.

6.Establish and preserve project files

7.Document control.

8.Manage the project from start to finish.

9.Inform client about the work progress and ensure smooth running of the project.

10.Visit the site and coordinate other trades on the job.

11. Prepare the list of material required to finish the job and ensure the delivery on time.

12. Procure the material from the suppliers if required.

13. Perform job activities in compliance to the Building Code in Ontario, Site permits and other permits required to complete the project.

14. Update any change of order by the client in Company portal.

15. Coordinate with the Sales for the pricing and quotes for the job.

16. Coordinate with the Design team for any changes related to the project.

17. Prepare weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly reports.

18.Follow-up and provide information to the entire project team including clients.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:
1. Familiarity with Project Management Software.
2.Exceptional knowledge of construction methods and building and renovation requirements.
3.Understanding of the Ontario Building Code.
4.Understanding of engineering and architectural design processes.
5.Ability to multi-task.
6.Strong computer and task related software skills.
7.Strong Communication Skills (Must be fluent in English).
8.Positive outlook.
9.Strong negotiation skills.
10.Conflict resolution skills.
11. Planning skills.
12.Team building skills.
13.Ability to prioritize.
14.Mentoring skills.
15.Degree in Project Management or Engineering is an asset.
16. 3-5 years of experience in Project Management.

PLEASE NOTE: Only applicants with a strong background in construction and construction software will be considered.

**Salary**: $45,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
