Our goal as “The House that Service Built” is to provide the highest standard of quality products, service, and support, to consistently meet the expectations of our customers.

The **_Inside Sales Representative_**_ _**will be a core member of our Customer Service Sales Team. This position will primarily be responsible for all aspects of our customer’s buying experience including sales, support, quotations, and service. This position requires the full understanding and active participation in fulfilling the mission of the organization. It is expected that the employee demonstrates behaviour consistent with our core values and supports our strategic plan.

**DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Direct Sales and support of Electrical, Automation and Instrumentation products.
- Determine customer requirements and expectations to recommend specific products.
- Respond to customer inquiries promptly.
- Recommend alternate products based on price, availability or specifications.
- Perform order entry functions and necessary business system transactions relative to counter or inside sales.
- Develop and maintain customer contracts
- Remain current on product and industry knowledge by attending sales meetings, vendor training and trade shows.
- Promote and maintain product displays.
- Practice honesty as well as integrity in customer and vendor relations.
- Communicate and interact professionally with other team members.
- Display individual initiative in performing all of the above, keep management informed and subscribe to a personal philosophy of continuous improvement.
- Attend all training sessions provided locally and relative training sessions provided at supplier’s locations
(i.e. - Allen-Bradley - Rockwell Automation, Siemens, Acuity, Philips, etc.)

**EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS**
- Post-secondary education from a technical program (Electrical, Mechanical discipline) or equivalent experience.
