**Responsibilities**:
**Data Analysis and Exploration**:

- Analyze large, complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
- Conduct exploratory data analysis to understand the underlying structure of the data and identify potential relationships.

**Predictive Modeling**:

- Develop and implement machine learning models for predictive analysis and forecasting.
- Fine-tune models for accuracy and efficiency, considering factors such as feature selection and hyperparameter tuning.

**Data Cleaning and Preprocessing**:

- Clean and preprocess raw data to ensure its quality and suitability for analysis.
- Handle missing data, outliers, and anomalies through effective data cleaning techniques.

**Statistical Analysis**:
**Data Visualization**:

- Create visually compelling and informative data visualizations to communicate insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Utilize tools such as Matplotlib, Seaborn, or Tableau for effective data representation.

**Collaboration with Cross-functional Teams**:

- Collaborate with other teams, including business analysts, engineers, and product managers, to understand business requirements and deliver data-driven solutions.

**Model Deployment**:

- Work on deploying models to production environments, ensuring seamless integration into existing systems.

**Continuous Learning**:

- Stay abreast of the latest developments in data science, machine learning, and related fields.

**Qualifications**:

- Master’s or Ph.D. in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
- Proven experience as a Data Scientist, with a track record of successful project completion.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R for data analysis and modeling.
- Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms, statistical modeling, and data manipulation techniques.
- Experience with data visualization tools and techniques.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex findings to diverse audiences.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Familiarity with big data technologies (Hadoop, Spark).
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
- Knowledge of natural language processing (NLP) for text analysis.
- Previous work in industries such as finance, healthcare, or e-commerce.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Fixed term contract

**Salary**: $60,000.00-$80,004.09 per year

Expected hours: 40 per week
