**Technical/Functional Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative discipline (Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science or Engineering).
- Solid SQL experience, including the knowledge of joins, nested queries, user defined functions, stored procedures, optimization and automation.
- Experience in one language for scripting or statistical programming (R, SAS, Python etc.) on large, complex datasets.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Data Studio, Looker, Tableau or equivalent.
- Highly organized with the ability to balance multiple simultaneous projects or work streams
- Practical experience building statistical models/ML models including time series forecasting, linear regression, logistic regression, tree based models etc.
- Hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform or other similar cloud technologies.
- Effective problem-solving, strategic, technical and analysis skills, combined with business acumen.
- Demonstrated self-starter, highly motivated, autonomous with excellent organizational skills.
- A keen interest in technology and knowledge of Google Cloud (Workspace & GCP) as well as the market.
- Demonstrated organizational skills, with the ability to pay close attention to detail while handling multiple, simultaneous projects under deadline pressure.
- Ability to tailor communications to a variety of internal and external audiences.
- Distinctive problem-solving and analytical skills with a high degree of analytical rigor. Strategic mindset, strong project management skills, keen business acumen and the ability to thrive in a rapid paced environment on multiple projects with many stakeholders.
- Effective written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to engage with senior C-level business leaders.
- Experience working in Agile Scrum/Kanban Delivery Methodologies
- Calm under pressure, ability to juggle multiple priorities and ambiguity.

**Nice-to-Have qualifications**:

- Master’s degree in a quantitative discipline.
- Hands-on experience with deploying ML models on a cloud platform

**Roles & Responsibilities**
- Conduct deep dive diagnostic analysis on current business performance to understand business drivers, design hypothesis trees, and develop Root Cause Analysis
- Use Data Science and Advanced Analytics (Cluster analysis, Segmentation, Text mining, Regression Modeling, Logistic Regressions) to help generate actionable insights and recommendations and inform decision making on Cloud Marketing performance.
- Serve as a SME and Design insightful tests (test length, KPIs, AB test vs. MVT etc, Statistical Test to use.) that adhere to testing best practices.
- Use knowledge of statistics to conduct relevant tests for detecting lift: ANOVA, ANCOVA, t-test (paired/unpaired), Chi Square, Fisher's Exact etc, depending on the business problem
- Develop coherent end to end problem structure ranging from objective function, key hypothesis, success KPIs, Drivers Tree and Analytics approach
- Collaborate with business partners to validate hypotheses and help stakeholders to think about optimization opportunities and future test plans
- Pull data to develop robust scalable reporting solutions for analytics readout and insights
- Help automate internal processes, systems, and tools for improved efficiencies
