Assistant Estimator

Vaughan, Canada Admiral Glass Service Inc. Full time

We are looking for an individual with construction related experience in estimating to analyze blueprints, proposals, specifications and any additional documentation to prepare estimates for projects and/or services.

**Responsibilities and Duties**
- Review all bid opportunities
- Ensure submission deadlines are met
- Review project contracts, plans, specs, and details
- Ability to read architectural blueprints and shop drawings and extract relevant data/information
- Review documentation to determine material and labor requirements
- Perform calculations based on drawings and specifications
- Complete take-offs
- Consult with clients to discuss and formulate estimates
- Ability to build and maintain vendor and customer relationships
- Collaborate with the Management team in preparing submissions
- Maintain confidentiality in your work

**Qualifications and Skills**
- Construction Estimating Certificate
- Proficient in Microsoft Office & Adobe
- Experience in AutoCAD is an asset

**Location**:Woodbridge, ON

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
