The Duncan Academy is an Ontario Private high school located in Markham, Ontario. The school has the authority to grant credits toward the Ontario Secondary School Diploma. Founded in 2005, The Duncan Academy is a private high school for both foreign and local students. The Duncan Academy provides a homestay program to help students find living accommodations when they arrive in Canada to ensure students have a safe and stable environment while they study. Most of our students come from China, Taiwan, Hong Kong, and other East Asia countries.

We are seeking a creative marketing talented individual who will be the key driver of executing our school’s marketing plan in print, digital, and social media marketing platforms.

Key responsibilities:

- Effectively builds and manages the school’s brand presence through systematic social media campaigns, development of media/press releases, and communication to existing and prospective partners;
- Support recruitment team on different client-focused marketing initiatives to drive the growth of The Duncan Academy partners, focus on East Asia area;
- Manage The Duncan Academy websites, actively optimizing and improving web content to create a dynamic user experience for prospective partners, students, and stakeholders;
- Support business development team to generate and customize marketing toolkits for The Duncan Academy clients to support their advertising and student recruitment efforts;
- Maintain relations with clients and ensure the marketing customer support and compliance with The Duncan Academy advertising guidelines;
- Planning and implementing student recruitment functions and events;
- Develops marketing communications content and materials, ensuring that all tactical solutions align with The Duncan Academy’s marketing and communications plans.

Qualifications and Requirements
- Over 5 years of experience in marketing
- At least college’s diploma in Advertising, Marketing, Visual Communications, Digital Design or other related fields
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organization and project management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, highly demanding environment
- Ability to effectively convey key messages and accurately provide essential information to a variety of stakeholders

Language requirement:
Fluent in English and Chinese is required. (the marketing will focus on East Asia area)

Travel requirement:
Travel to East Asia countries will be required.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $70,000.00-$80,000.00 per year

**Benefits**:
