**Winter Camp Details**:
Our Winter Break Camps run weekly from December 28th - 30th & January 3rd - 6th from 8:30 am-4:30 pm.

**March Break Camp Details**:
Our March Break Camps run weekly from March 13th to March 17th & March 20th - March 24th from 8:30 am-4:30 pm.

**Summer Camp Details**

Our Summer Break Camps run weekly from June 26th to September 1st from 8:30 am-4:30 pm.

- North York
- Thornhill

**Responsibilities**:

- Leading & Coordinating and training for camps
- Assist with organizing and maintaining camp equipment and assist with the delivery of equipment to sites, program assessment, awareness, and providing coaches with the tools for enhancing their programs.
- Overseeing existing lesson plans & programs and revamping old training documents.
- Able to train, evaluate existing programming and monitor new programming with the ability to give feedback, and develop and deliver presentations to directors and office staff.
- Building and maintaining positive relationships with site hosts and dealing with issues or concerns
- Ensure that camp procedures and safety standards are being followed and upheld to TAC standards
- Assisting operations with weekly coaching confirmation

- Be actively involved in ensuring quality delivery of our children's programs, participate in ensuring friendly, caring and safe camp environments
- Be part of the summer site support team regularly visiting sites in the assigned camp
- Fill in for Site Managers during absences when needed

**Administration**:

- Administrative support daily, on-site administration sign in and sign out & payroll
- Creating lesson plans for new coaches.
- Meeting with coaches to design new programs.
- Provide coaches with the resources they need, with the ability to build documents on Microsoft office.
- Updating training, google sheets for attendance, Before camp preparation
- Assisting operations with day to day duties

**Job Requirements**:

- Current Vulnerable Sector Check
- Standard First aid and CPR C
- Strong communication skills
- Bilingual - English/French is an asset

**Salary**: $600.00-$900.00 per week

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus pay
