Receptionist/secretary

Receptionist Responsibilities:
- Greet clients and visitors with a positive, helpful attitude.
- Assisting clients in finding their way around.
- Announcing clients as necessary.
- Helping maintain workplace security by issuing, checking, collecting necessary and maintaining visitor logs.
- Assisting with various administrative tasks, including copying, faxing, taking notes, and making travel plans.
- Preparing client and staff rooms and stations
- Sanitization and cleaning.
- Sales
- Answering phones in a professional manner and routing calls as necessary.
- Assisting colleagues with administrative tasks.
- Performing ad-hoc administrative duties.
- Answering, forwarding, and screening phone calls.
- Sorting and distributing mail.
- Provide excellent customer service.
- Scheduling appointments.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 30 per week
**Salary**: From $15.50 per hour
Schedule:
- 10 hour shift
- 12 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Every Weekend
- Monday to Friday
- Night shift
- On call
- Weekends as needed
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Kearney Lake, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
**Education**:
- Secondary School (preferred)
**Experience**:
- Front desk: 1 year (preferred)
- Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)
Work Location: In person
