2020 Drafter

**Job Summary**

The 2020 Drafter is responsible for creating the essential documents and forms for all factory orders and potential orders based off of the order packages or 3-D requests submitted by the Sales Department.

The 2020 Drafter will work in a fast-paced but casual environment and play a supporting role in ensuring customer satisfaction by actively engaging the Sales Department during the early stages of the order creation process while adhering to the guidelines and procedures outlined for them.

**Responsibilities and Duties**
- Create essential documents and forms for all factory orders using, utilizing the items in the order package submitted by the Sales department. This includes:

- Produce floor plans, elevations, order forms, custom drawings, countertop layouts and shop forms
- Save all relevant documents to the designated folders on the server.
- Conduct thorough reviews to ensure document completeness and accuracy before submission to the 2020 Administrator. Address any queries with the 2020 Supervisor or the appropriate Sales Department personnel.
- Print all documents requiring verification before placing them in the designated area for the 2020 Administrator after sending the order to the factory.
- Execute final revisions on all affected documents and update both physical and digital copies promptly.
- Complete each workflow task in BP as necessary for the aforementioned steps.
- Generate necessary documents for 3-D and pricing requests submitted by the Sales Department.
- Producing floor plans, 3-dimensional drawings, and pricing for quotes including custom pricing from suppliers as needed.
- Assist the Administration Department with tasks as required.

- In-depth knowledge of kitchen cabinet design and construction fundamentals.

- Exceptional organizational skills, allowing for effective management of multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in working with numbers.

**Salary**: $39,520.00-$52,000.00 per hour
