As a key member of our team, you'll be at the forefront of drafting and production control, ensuring the seamless execution of projects.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Transform engineering drawings into intricate approval die designs, showcasing your keen eye for detail.
- Utilize the Aluminum Standard Tolerance Table to craft accurate drawings that exceed industry standards.
- Spearhead the creation of packaging and fabrication drawings, leading packaging meetings to drive continuous improvements.
- Maintain die information with precision in our ERP system, fostering seamless operations.
- Foster strong partnerships with die suppliers and our die department to streamline purchase orders.
- Seamlessly incorporate feedback from internal and external stakeholders, showcasing your autonomy and adaptability.
- Collaborate closely with the sales and quotations team to meet deadlines for quotation drawings.
- Provide invaluable AutoCAD support to our fabrication and packaging departments, ensuring seamless operations.
- Uphold meticulous records of all drawings, reflecting our commitment to excellence.

**Experience, Knowledge, and Skills**:

- Possess AutoCAD certification, coupled with a stellar track record in AutoCAD proficiency.
- Ideally hold a Bachelor's degree, showcasing your commitment to excellence.
- Demonstrate proficiency in MS Windows, MS Office, and ERP software.
- Bring 2+ years of experience in drafting Aluminum Curtainwall, Storefront, and exterior panels systems, with a strong preference for experience in the aluminum extrusion, glass, or construction industry.
- Showcase exceptional interpersonal skills, problem-solving abilities, and a penchant for collaboration.
- Exhibit outstanding analytical and mathematical prowess, alongside exceptional organizational skills.
- Embrace new technologies and systems while effectively following existing procedures.
- Possess the autonomy to exercise independent judgment, coupled with reliability and motivation in a fast-paced environment.
