**What You'll Do**:
You’ll play a crucial role in supporting operations and fostering a workplace where everyone feels valued and empowered to contribute to our vison of Kindness being the Fuel for a Good Life.
- _Jack-of-All-Trades HR Guru_: You'll be the go-to person for anything HR-related. From recruiting and onboarding to employee relations and performance management, you'll wear many hats.
- _Culture Champion_: You'll help nurture our culture and collaborate on ways to keep our team engaged and excited about coming to work every day.
- _Problem Solver Extraordinaire_: Got an HR issue? You're on it You'll tackle conflicts, address concerns, and provide guidance to both employees and managers.
- _Policy Pro_: You'll ensure we're on top of HR policies and compliance, keeping everything in line with the latest rules and regulations.
- _Data Detective_: Dive into HR metrics and analytics to help us understand how we can constantly improve our processes and make data-driven decisions.

**What You'll Need**:

- _People Skills for Days_: You're the ultimate people person—empathetic, a great listener and communicator, and able to relate to anyone and everyone.
- _Juggling Master_: You're cool under pressure and can handle multiple tasks and priorities.
- _HR Know-How_: Some solid experience in HR (bonus points if you've got a degree in HR or a related field) along with a strong understanding of HR practices and employment laws.
- _Tech Savvy_: Comfortable with HR software and tech tools to streamline processes.

**Salary**: $60,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
