As a Service Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for new and returning clients in the service area. Your role is crucial in diagnosing issues with the help of technicians, communicating potential solutions to customers, and assisting them in choosing the best course of action. You will bridge the gap between the Service Technicians and customers, ensuring a smooth and satisfactory service experience.

Job Responsibilities:

- Schedule, confirm, and prepare for customer appointments to ensure an excellent service experience.
- Meet or exceed sales goals and maintain high customer satisfaction.
- Greet customers warmly upon their arrival.
- Assess vehicle needs based on customer input, vehicle walk-arounds, inspections, and test drives.
- Use consultative selling techniques to help customers plan for their vehicle’s ongoing maintenance.
- Create transparent repair orders for customers, including cost and time estimates.
- Communicate regularly with technicians and parts associates to ensure timely completion of work.
- Keep customers informed about the status of their vehicle as per their preferred communication method.
- Follow up with customers post-service to ensure satisfaction.
- Acquire superior product knowledge to effectively assist customers.
- Provide an exceptional customer experience to foster loyalty.

Qualifications:

- Maintain an energetic, professional, and positive demeanor throughout the workday.
- Confidently interact with customers and staff from diverse backgrounds.
- Possess effective listening skills when communicating with guests.
- Have a strong desire to provide high-level customer service and be results-driven.
- Hold a valid Driver’s License with an acceptable driving record.
- Ability to set and achieve targeted goals.
- Demonstrated skills in communication, consultation, interpersonal relations, and organization.
- Prior sales experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record is required.
