**Responsibilities**:
**Team Leadership**:

- Set clear objectives, provide guidance, and ensure the team's performance meets or exceeds expectations.
- Foster a collaborative and positive work environment that encourages innovation and growth.

**Service Delivery Management**:

- Oversee the end-to-end service delivery process, from requirements gathering to deployment and ongoing support.
- Monitor service level expectations and key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure client satisfaction and operational excellence.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and quality of service delivery.
- Provide insight to the rest of the business.

**Customer Engagement**:

- Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as sales and project management, to ensure seamless delivery of services and alignment with client objectives.

**REQUIRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCES & SKILLS**:

- Technical aptitude around refrigeration systems, electronics, and controls (C.E.T., Licensed Ref./ A/C Mechanic/Apprentice or similar related Industry Experience with a Ref/AC/ OEM or Wholesale Supplier
- Travel required at 20% (1 day a week visiting a customer)
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
- Excellent leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities
- Self-starter with a willingness to learn
- Strong customer relationship management and communication skills.
- Analytical mindset and problem-solving abilities to drive process improvements and overcome challenges
- Legal authorization to work in Canada and travel to the United States

**PREFERRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCES & SKILLS**
- Project management experience
- Bilingual (French/English)
