Financial Analyst

**FULL TIME - FINANCIAL ANALYST**

**Beginning January 16, 2023 or mutually agreed date**

St. Thomas Aquinas Roman Catholic Schools is seeking a **Financial Analyst **for the division's central office located in the City of Leduc. Under the direction and supervision of the Director of Finance, the primary job responsibilities include:

- Maintaining and improving the administrative financial accounting function of the Division
- Processing, reconciling and balancing financial records
- Assisting the Director of Finance with internal and external audit
- Analysis and reporting for specific programs both internally and externally
- Supporting staff on the financial systems
- Post Secondary Business Administration/Accounting Diploma or equivalent
- Enrollment in or completion of a recognized accounting designation
- 4 or more years experience in an accounting position
- Previous experience within a school division is considered an asset

Salary range is from $54 657 to $71 181 per year, including benefits, RRSP matching contributions, and paid leave entitlements (vacation, illness, etc ).
