Location Address**:Montreal **(ON-SITE 5 days per week)
Contract Duration: 3 months contract

**Typical Day in Role**
- Work directly with the Business users to configure various items on their laptops
- Work directly with the Business users to get their iPhones properly configured
- Business user communications in person verbal and at times in writing
- Coordinating with the users and the project resources to address their technical needs.
- Submitting requests through Service Now on behalf of the users and following them through to resolution
- Management and maintenance of information related to users and devices as required
- End user request and incident reporting with escalating to the project team
- Other duties as assigned by the Project Team
- 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or related field with experience supporting end user
- Must be fluently **bi-lingual (French/English) **and familiar with **French keyboard **and French versions of Windows / Office
- High level of competency using Outlook, Excel, and Word
- Knowledge of back-office processes and end to end workflows in IT&S/ Tech
- Previous experience with ServiceNow

**Nice-To-Have Skills**:

- Experience working at bank is strongly preferred, particularly Wealth Management.
- Familiarity with IT processes in terms of end user requests and incident reporting.
- Knowledge of Global Wealth business groups or Wealth Banking
- Familiarity with the IT&S teams that support Global Wealth is an asset

**Soft Skills**
- Highly professional and able to exercise discretion when working with sensitive and confidential information
- Must be a proactive, organized, self-starting, results-oriented and highly motivated individual
- High degree of patience to see things through from beginning to end
- Ability to work well independently as well as with others
- Quick learner, easy to adapt to changes in the organization and its processes
- Have soft skills appropriate to working with Wealth business users
- Sensitivities around Integration and associated staff feelings in relation to the changes
- Business Attire is expected (shirt and tie minimum)
- Must possess strong interpersonal and communication (written and verbal) skills in order to effectively work with Wealth staff and senior management.

Education
- Bachelors degree or relevant working experience

**Job Type**: Fixed term contract

**Salary**: $50.00-$60.00 per hour
