**Job Summary**

Under the supervision of the Marketing Manager, the position is responsible for the coordination of all marketing and promotional efforts and implementing various marketing materials for different marketing entities (website, social media, print advertising, etc.).

The Marketing Coordinator must have a keen eye and skills in graphic design to produce effective, appealing marketing materials in a variety of print and web-based formats. Social media components involve designing, reviewing, planning, implementing, and monitoring the company’s social media strategy to increase brand awareness, improve marketing efforts and increase sales.

Strong communication skills are necessary, along with a professional demeanor, efficient work ethic, and outgoing personality.

**Role & Responsibilities**
- Provides support and assists with the development and implementation of marketing initiatives.
- Regularly updates internal advertisements and displays (Television slideshows, highway signage, etc.)
- Updates used and sold inventory on Website, Market book, and Google Drive.
- Contributes to the management of company photo archive including sourcing stock photos for marketing purposes.
- Coordinates supplies for tradeshows and event calendars
- Manages marketing inventory ensuring adequate levels of stock are maintained. Orders collateral pieces if required
- Collaborates on/and creates social media content
- Assists with preparing and submitting invoices on behalf of the Marketing department.
- Responsible for all internal marketing support including employee events and communications
- Assists in the development, coordination and implementation of marketing campaigns and initiatives as directed by the Marketing Manager
- Responsible for all other administrative, marketing, and communications duties as required

**Knowledge & Experience**
- University degree or college diploma specializing in Sales and Marketing with design knowledge.
- A minimum of 1-2 years’ experience in a similar role
- Must be comfortable with current technology. Proficient with the following computer environments: Current Windows Operating Systems, Microsoft Office, Internet Explorer, etc.
- Proficient knowledge of graphic design software (Adobe Creative Suite and InDesign)
- Knowledge of Agricultural practices and equipment is considered an asset
- Experience managing marketing campaigns and initiatives is considered an asset
- Video editing experience is an asset

**Skills & Abilities**:

- Excellent interpersonal and communication (written & verbal) skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent creative abilities
- Must be highly organized with the ability to multi-task and meet tight deadlines
- Ability to manage projects effectively, prioritize workload and coordinate resources to ensure on-time completion
- Capable of running product photo shoots and managing the photo library/archive
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Ability to work efficiently and effectively under pressure with simultaneous deadlines

**Additional Job Details**:

- Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm
- Location: Chesley, ON with some travel to other store locations
- Salary: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 annually

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
