Roberts Farm Equipment is seeking a qualified **Marketing Administrator** to join our team

**Job Summary**

Under the supervision of the Marketing Manager, the **Marketing Administrator** is responsible for supporting the marketing team in various initiatives aimed at promoting our brand, products, and services.

**Role & Responsibilities**
- Updates used and sold inventory on company website, Market book, and Google Drive.
- Provides support and assists with the development and implementation of marketing initiatives.
- Regularly updates internal advertisements and displays (television slideshows, highway signage, etc.)
- Contributes to the management of company photo archive including sourcing stock photos for marketing purposes
- Coordinates supplies for tradeshows and event calendars
- Collaborates on/and creates social media content
- Aid in internal marketing support including employee events and communication
- Assists in preparing for the annual auction and farm show
- Maintains complete knowledge of and complies with company and departmental policies, procedures and standards
- Maintains customer and company confidence by keeping information confidential and secure
- Maintains a positive working relationship with team members and management in a team environment
- Sets an example for the staff of the Dealership by arriving to work on time, leaving at the appropriate time, keeping appointments, respecting the time of others and behaving in a professional manner

**Knowledge & Experience**
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Marketing certificate would be an asset.
- Must be comfortable with current technology. Proficient with the following computer environments: Current Windows Operating Systems, Microsoft Office, Internet Explorer, etc.
- Working knowledge of social media management (Facebook, Instagram, Tik Tok, X etc.) and digital marketing tools (Canva)
- Knowledge of Agricultural practices and equipment is considered an asset
- Valid Driver’s License and access to reliable personal vehicle

**Skills & Abilities**:

- Excellent interpersonal and communication (written & verbal) skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Capable of running product photo shoots and managing the photo library/archive
- Must be highly organized with the ability to multi-task and meet tight deadlines
- Ability to manage ongoing projects effectively, prioritize workload, and coordinate resources to ensure on-time completion
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Ability to work efficiently and effectively under pressure with simultaneous deadlines

**Additional Job Details**:

- Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm
- Location: Chesley, ON with occasional travel to other store location

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $40,000.00-$45,000.00 per year
