Medisolution seeks an experienced Account Development Manager with a solid background in Sales within the Healthcare industry.

As an Account Manager, you will play a crucial role in building strong client relationships, developing new business from existing clients and actively seeking new sales opportunities. You will be responsible for prospecting, qualifying leads, and closing sales opportunities to meet and exceed revenue targets. You will work closely with the clients, professional service, and development team members to achieve client goals.

What your impact will be:

- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, serving as their primary point of contact.
- Prospect new business with existing customers and identify areas for improvement to meet revenue targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and execute strategic account plans aligned with client objectives.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
- Assist in marketing campaigns by providing insights from client interactions and contributing to campaign development.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities using CRM software.
- Participate in regional conferences to network and stay informed about industry developments.
- Travel to client sites as needed to address issues and build relationships.
- Handle RFPs and RFIs, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
- Perform other duties as required or assigned.

What we are looking for:

- 2 - 3 years of account management or direct sales experience, preferably within healthcare
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets and generating qualified leads.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including effective presentation skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence decision-makers.
- Self-motivated, and results-oriented mindset, with the ability to work independently and within a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Experience with CRM (or equivalent) for managing pipelines, opportunities, and sales.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines effectively.
