Job Description:
Sous l’autorité immédiate de la directrice adjointe, l'agent d'assurance des entreprises reçoit et fait des appels aux clients afin d’obtenir les données nécessaires à l'étude des risques, en fait l'analyse en vue de les accepter, refuser ou les modifier. Il procède à la mise à jour, à l’analyse des renouvellements de contrats en assurance des entreprises. Il établit les taux en fonction des risques à couvrir selon les normes et procédures. Il s'occupe principalement des dossiers de complexité moyenne et élevée. Il s’assure de l’atteinte des objectifs qui lui sont attribués.

Vous vous réaliserez dans les fonctions suivantes:
- Recevoir et effectuer des appels téléphoniques pour les soumissions, les émissions, le service, les modifications, les annulations et les renouvellements en assurance des entreprises.- Effectuer des appels téléphoniques de sollicitation auprès des prospects provenant des plans de travail ou de listes externes dans le but d’obtenir des dates d’échéance et d’effectuer des soumissions.- Conseiller les clients et les agents affiliés quant au choix des garanties et couvertures nécessaires et les informer des limitations contenues dans les contrats.- Donner et expliquer aux agents affiliés les raisons de l’acceptation ou du refus de certaines demandes afin qu’ils puissent répondre adéquatement et donner l’information exacte aux clients.- Agir comme personne-ressource auprès des agents affiliés, négocier avec eux et participer à certaines activités avec eux.- Analyser les propositions, procéder aux demandes de renseignements externes et effectuer la saisie informatique des transactions d’assurance.- Coordonner les inspections appropriées en fonction des types de risques et des directives administratives. Analyser les rapports d’inspection, apprécier les risques, compléter les dossiers de souscription afin de les rendre conformes à nos normes et selon son niveau d’autorité.- Prendre des décisions de façon autonome à l’intérieur de sa limite d’autorité personnalisée.- Agir à titre de personne-conseil auprès de nos clients spéciaux.

Vos talents et qualifications:
- Détenir un diplôme d’études collégiales en assurance et services financiers ou l’équivalent.- Détenir un certificat d’agent en assurance des entreprises valide, émis par l’AMF.- Cumuler un minimum de 5 ans d’expérience en assurance des entreprises.- Avoir complété un minimum de 6 cours du PAA ou du FPAA de l’institut d’assurance de dommages du Canada.- Détenir le titre de PAA ou de FPAA de l’institut d’assurance de dommages du Canada est un aout- Être à l’aise pour travailler dans un environnement complexe.- Maîtriser la langue française et ce, tant parlée qu’écrite.-
- Maîtriser l’art de la souscription avancée en assurance des entreprises.
