**Product Specialist - Job Description**

**Spécialiste en produits - Peinture automobile (bilingue)**

Le ou la spécialiste en produits assure un soutien technique et un appui au processus de la finition auprès des ateliers de carrosseries comptant parmi nos clients dans la région du Québec et stimule les ventes des marques clés d'Axalta auprès de la clientèle et des segments de clients. Le ou la spécialiste en produits participe à l'expansion des activités dans de nouveaux segments, notamment: la planification, le soutien aux présentations, les démonstrations pratiques et la mise en place des produits et services offerts par Axalta dans les ateliers de carrosseries. **Il s'agit d'un rôle basé à distance au Québec, couvrant la grande région de Québec, et nécessitera jusqu'à 75% de déplacements.**

**RESPONSABILITÉS PROFESSIONNELLES**:

- Met en pratique sa formation en vente professionnelle pour conserver les clients stratégiques d'Axalta et augmenter les niveaux des ventes
- Sert de personne-ressource pour la coordination locale des activités en compagnie du directeur des ventes du marché et du distributeur
- Établit l'ordre de priorité et assure les visites prévues de soutien aux clients des principaux segments
- Coordonne et apporte son soutien à la distribution en aidant à l'élaboration des plans de distribution visant la gestion des comptes, l'acquisition de nouveaux clients et l'amélioration continue de ses connaissances sur les produits et les affaires en général
- Gère les points forts du distributeur et son rôle dans la chaîne des valeurs en vue d'établir les priorités et répondre aux besoins des clients
- Apporte son soutien à la prestation des services à valeur ajoutée et à l'exécution des propositions de valeur afin de respecter l'évaluation des besoins et/ou les exigences commerciales des clients actuels/potentiels
- Intègre ses activités avec le Centre conseil à la clientèle (CCC) afin d'établir la première ligne de communication et de gestion des clients présélectionnés du distributeur et des ateliers de carrosseries
- Comprend les gammes de produits concurrentiels, assure la rétroaction sur la concurrence, utilise les ressources à sa disposition, dont ses connaissances sur les produits, le territoire et les ventes, pour intensifier stratégiquement la visibilité d'Axalta au sein du marché, susciter l'intérêt envers Axalta et élargir le bassin de clients
- Gère la base de données des clients (SFDC), notamment l'entrée des données des comptes des clients locaux, le suivi des visites et comprend le mode d'utilisation des outils supplémentaires de la base de données des clients
- S'assure de bien connaître, de comprendre et de suivre les politiques et procédures de la compagnie
- A recours à des pratiques de qualité professionnelles et uniformes de service à la clientèle, de niveau supérieur à celui de la concurrence
- Anticipe et règle les problèmes techniques des clients de manière attentive et professionnelle
- Travaille efficacement, seul ou en tant que membre d'une équipe de vente, et en collaboration avec les principaux distributeurs
- Capacité à communiquer efficacement en anglais et en français ainsi que de solides compétences interpersonnelles
- Diplôme d'études secondaires requis; baccalauréat préférable
- Permis de conduire valide, requis
- Volonté d'arriver à des résultats
- Capacité à établir l'ordre des priorités et à gérer de multiples tâches et questions ainsi qu'à respecter les engagements
- Excellentes compétences organisationnelles et en résolution de problèmes
- Sens marqué du service technique et solides aptitudes à sa mise en pratique
- Compétences avérées en techniques de présentation lors de rencontres et séminaires et lors des interactions directes avec les clients et les distributeurs en vue de l'expansion commerciale
- Capacité à appuyer les distributeurs d'Axalta
- Solides compétences en marketing et identité de marque afin de mettre en œuvre des programmes de marketing d'implantation ascendante
- Connaissance de MS Office et d'autres systèmes (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Concur, XMS et SFDC)
- Auto-motivation et capacité à préserver les valeurs fondamentales d'Axalta au sein d'un milieu dynamique
- Aptitude à se déplacer jusqu'à 75% du temps
