**Rate of Pay: $24.373 - $28.671 per hour**

Reporting to the Clinical Manager of Outpatient Rehabilitation & Ambulatory Care, the successful applicant will provide a variety of clerical and scheduling duties for the Northwest Rheumatic and Autoimmune Central Intake Referral system, Advanced Clinical Practitioner in Arthritis Care(ACPAC) Program and Locum Rheumatology Clinics

**Qualifications**:

- One year post secondary office administration program or equivalent combination of education and experience is mandatory
- Experience in OCEAN referral system an asset
- **Experience using Meditech required**:

- **Working Knowledge of Microsoft Office Word and Excel**:

- **Must Possess the ability to handle multiple tasks and have the ability to work both independently and as part of a team**:

- **Excellent Communication, Listening and interpersonal skills**:

- **Strong orhanisational skills with attention to detail**:

- **Demonstarted regular attendance at work**
