**Job Summary**

**Duties**
- Perform renovations, restorations, and repairs on residential and commercial properties.
- Utilize construction estimating skills to assess project requirements and materials needed.
- Operate power tools safely and effectively for various tasks
- Drywall finishing and painting
- Execute carpentry tasks such as framing, installing cabinets, and finishing work.
- Lay tiles or other flooring with precision to enhance the aesthetic appeal of spaces.
- Operate heavy equipment as necessary for larger renovation projects.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality outcomes.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols at all times.

**Experience**
- Power tools operation
- Drywall installation and finishing
- Painting
- Carpentry skills
- Tile laying expertise
- Restoration practices
- Heavy equipment operation an asset but not required

Pay: $26.00-$30.00 per hour
