**Responsibilities**
- Analyze projects and drawings to prepare accurate cost estimates
- Prepare project takeoffs and produce costs for tender submission and project quotes
- Obtain bidders list and prepare lead letters
- Follow-up on project bids, review accepted quotes and assist with bid closings
- Assist with project management, including processing change orders and site instructions
- Review shop drawings
- Attend site meetings as required

**Experience**
- Minimum two years electrical estimating experience
- Knowledge of commerical and industrical electrical
- Proficiency in Accubid, Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word software
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
