**Position Summary**
Our Brantford, Ontario locations are looking for a Clinic Director with strong leadership and management abilities, a professional communication style, and a great personality with the desire and passion to contribute to the clinic’s success.
The Clinic Director is responsible for all daily operations of their clinic, maximizing results through revenue driving efforts and effective recruiting, scheduling and retention of therapists and front desk team. This position is also required to facilitate training for any new staff.
**Responsibilities**
- Creates and maintains a highly motivated work environment by communicating regularly in a positive, motivating manner
- Recruits, selects, and retains therapists and front desk staff
- Actively networks with Practitioners through Colleges, Associations, and other events
- Involves entire team in clinic event organization, encouraging initiative and ownership
- Develops future leaders through providing SMART development plans minimum once per year
- Ensures clinic team is trained effectively for success using Franchise Systems manual
- Ensures proper maintenance of client files, maintain confidentiality
- Abides by all regulations, by College, Association, and the Insurance companies
- Ensures adequate staffing of the clinic. Maintaining a schedule that supports the business during all hours of operation
- Plans and follows up with client cancellations and no-shows and missed monthly appointments
- Ability to be creative in building local store marketing strategies and business development within the community
- Ensures cash is recorded, accounted for, and deposited as per policy
- Completes weekly inventories, identifying and controlling “shrinkage” issues.
**Requirements & Qualifications**
- College or University Degree
- Minimum of three years’ sales and management experience
- Previous successful clinic-level management/ownership employment experience is preferred
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and motivational skills
- A proven ability to teach, coach, and direct a team
- Excellent organization skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment

- Brantford West Brant: 320 Colborne Street West, Brantford ON, N3T 1M2
- Monday - Friday: 9am - 9pm
- Saturday 9am - 5pm
- Sunday 9am - 4pm
