The Enterprise Architecture team enables Coveo to operate as a nimble organization.

**Summary of the job**:

- Understand, map and decouple complex processes, involving multiple internal teams.
- Oversee the evolution of our SaaS portfolio.

**Days are not the same at Coveo, but to give you an idea, you will**:

- You use your curiosity and analytical prowess to facilitate workshops with other internal teams the and enterprise systems leaders, to understand their processes. After digesting everything involved, you'll craft a map the whole thing, show relationships between people, systems and data.
- You prepare an architecture session. As Coveo's ecosystem is evolving fast and growing in complexity, you have to capture perspectives of multiple teams, summarize them and use your interpersonal instincts to rally people around Coveo's architecture principles.
- Your organizational and detail oriented nature comes in to play when keeping the Confluence documentation, checklists and architectural blueprints up to date.

- You have over 5 years of experience gathering the needs of internal stakeholders and know how to translate them into architecture documents or engaging diagrams.
- Experience working with enterprise architecture principles and practices and familiarity with enterprise architecture frameworks
- Solid understanding of cloud technologies.
- Strong overall business and technical acumen.
- Ability to write clear and succinct documents and to create engaging diagrams.
- Ability to effectively navigate and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
