Title: Skilled Carpenter and Flooring Installer

Location: Kemptville

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform carpentry tasks including framing, installing windows and doors, building cabinets, and installing molding
- Measure and cut flooring materials to fit specific areas
- Install various types of flooring including hardwood, laminate, tile, and vinyl
- Prepare subfloors by leveling, cleaning, and repairing as needed
- Inspect and repair damaged flooring and subflooring
- Collaborate with team members to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
- Adhere to safety guidelines and standards on job sites

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Carpenter and Flooring Installer
- Proficient in using carpentry and flooring tools and equipment
- Knowledge of carpentry and flooring techniques and materials
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications
- Strong attention to detail and quality craftsmanship
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Physical strength and stamina to handle the demands of the job
- High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or apprenticeship preferred

**Salary**: $22.00-$35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
