Our prestigious law firm is seeking a talented receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our clients, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our office runs smoothly and efficiently. In this role, you will be responsible for greeting clients, answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, and providing general administrative support to our team of attorneys.

To be successful in this position, you must have exceptional communication skills and the ability to multi-task effectively. You must also possess a professional demeanor and be comfortable working with people from all walks of life. Experience working in a law firm is preferred, but not required.

**Hours of Work**:
35 Hours/ Week, Monday - Friday.

**Duties**:

- Directing clients and visitors in a professional manner,
- Arranging for and accepting various business deliveries,
- Monitoring, managing, and ordering office supplies,
- Processing payments,
- Preparing and reviewing correspondence with an attention to detail,
- Working in a fast-paced environment,
- Demonstrating a professional attitude towards clients and co-workers,
- Multi-tasking between these duties.

**Skills**:

- Demonstrate strong organizational skills,
- Excel with oral and written communication,
- Be a team player,
- Exercise proficiency with Microsoft Word, and Microsoft Excel,
- Take responsibility for their own performance.
