**Duties**:

- Collaborate with vendors to negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery schedules
- Maintain accurate records of purchase orders, invoices, and inventory levels
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the management team to replenish inventory as needed
- Assist in creating purchase orders and ensuring timely delivery of products

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in a buying role is preferred but not required
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel. Sage Accpac experience is an asset
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment

**Salary**: $20.00-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
