**Position: Bar Back**

**The Role at a Glance**: Along with a passion for the service industry, you have strong interpersonal and multi-tasking skills. You will assist bartenders to keep the areas clean and stocked, while remaining calm under pressure to ensure guests are served in a timely manner.

**Your Day To Day Duties**:

- Assists Bartenders by keeping bar areas clean, clearing tables, keeping inventory stocked and providing necessary support to ensure prompt and friendly service.
- Serve drinks to customers in a timely manner.
- Maintain the cleanliness, organization, and safety of the bar and its equipment.
- Comply with all Archive standards, policies and procedures at all times.
- Other tasks and responsibilities as assigned by management.'

**You have**:

- Flexibility to work days, nights, and/or weekends as required.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Strong attention to detail
- The ability to work in a noisy, fast paced environment with distracting conditions.

**Special Requirements and Certifications**:

- Smart Serve Certification
- Ability to meet the physical requirements of the job
