**Overview**:
Responsible for maintaining all established SLA's within business unit. Able to process and resolve escalated issues and liaises with internal and external customers. Well versed in all processes and is able to perform all tasks to the company's standards in at least one functional area of Goods-In, Goods-Out, Processing Customer Returns,etc. Completes daily tasks within their functional area, as well, as overseeing all daily processes within that area. Provide employee training and coaching on task and duties as they pertain to production, quality, safety, attendance, and overall conduct..
- Functions as a team leader for all daily processes within their functional area as well as completing assigned tasks in that area.
- Serves as the trainer and coach for new LC Associates and those requiring assistance with a work process.
- Serves as liaison between Associates and Managers to address, and assist in resolving, matters requiring the attention of the LC Management team.
- Takes independent action to respond and resolve customer/vendor issues by working with various departments within Tech Data
- Understands, and is able to communicate, current production and quality goals and standards, and strives for continuous improvement
- Responsible for meeting and or exceeding KPI's assigned fiscaly
- Adheres to all Tech Data Canada, Provincial and Federal Health and Safety Policies, procedures and standards
- Maintains a safe and clean work environment

**Qualifications, Required Knowledge Skills & Abilities and Working Conditions**:

- High School Diploma
- Logistics environment 2-3 Years
- The ability to learn SAP and WMS's
- Intermediate Word, Excel, Outlook
- Self Starter and Works well under pressure.
- Ability to work Independently.
- Strong Customer service experience
- Ability to meet deadlines
- Ability to coach and provide feedback
