**Being a fall intern at Cascades is a unique opportunity to define your interests and discover your passion within the team of Terry Clarke for the fall of 2024**
- To design solutions that meet the customer’s needs while considering the manufacturing reality, respecting deadlines, and budget, to the customer’s / user’s satisfaction.
- Cutting and shipping sample for the sales teams and respecting deadlines
- Analyze and understand customer needs.
- Provide technical support and optimize designs.
- Identify opportunities for improvement and propose solutions.
- Find innovative manufacturing processes, materials, and finishes.
- Collaborate in the testing and prototyping of these materials and processes as required.
- Always maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Other duties related to the job.

- Pursuit of a diploma in Packaging design, or other related disciplines
- Experience with ArtiosCAD or similar software such as Cimex.
- Detail oriented, with strong listening skills.

- Highly organized, problem solving, analytical and focused.
