Vielight Inc. is seeking a dynamic and personable Discovery Consultation Specialist to join our marketing team. As a Discovery Consultation Specialist, you will be responsible for conducting one-on-one phone and video consultation calls with prospective clients interested in our cutting-edge light therapy products. Through these consultations, you will have the opportunity to educate clients about our company history, product offerings, technology, and scientific principles behind our products. Moreover, you will tailor the conversation to address the specific needs and concerns of each individual, offering personalized advice and product recommendations to enhance their well-being.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct one-on-one consultation calls with prospective clients interested in Vielight Inc.'s products.
- Deliver a brief presentation covering the company's history, product range, technology, and the scientific basis of our products.
- Engage in active listening to understand the unique needs and concerns of each client.
- Provide personalized advice and recommendations based on the client's goals and requirements.
- Effectively communicate the benefits and features of Vielight Inc.'s products, addressing any questions or objections the client may have.
- Maintain accurate records of consultation interactions and client preferences.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize consultation processes and enhance the overall client experience.
- Stay updated on industry trends, research findings, and competitor offerings to provide informed recommendations to clients.
- Continuously strive to meet or exceed individual and team targets for consultation bookings and product sales.
- Represent Vielight Inc. with professionalism and enthusiasm, fostering positive relationships with clients and promoting brand loyalty.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Psychology, Neuroscience or related field (preferred).
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or consultation roles is advantageous.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a natural ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
- Strong presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information in a clear and compelling manner.
- Empathetic listener who can understand and address the unique needs of diverse clientele.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in using video conferencing platforms (e.g., Zoom) and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
- Passion for health and wellness, with a genuine interest in exploring alternative therapies and innovative solutions.
- Flexibility to adapt to evolving business needs and work independently in a remote or office environment.

**Salary**: $50,621.33-$60,000.00 per year
