As a **Case Worker**, you play a direct role in assisting the Case Manager and working with clients in Law Firm.

**Requirements**:

- High School Diploma
- Bachelor's Degree/ Certificate
- 6 Months
- 1 year experience in Immigration
- Ability to work overtime as needed
- COVID -19 Vaccination / approved exemption status

**Responsibilities**:
**Providing case management and care coordination services for clients. Responsible for assisting Case Manager with client and ensuring optimum utilization of resources, service delivery, and compliance with external agencies and referral sources requirements. Responsible for ensuring adequate protocol and client confidentiality.**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 30 per week

**Salary**: $15.50-$23.57 per hour

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Front desk: 1 year (preferred)
- Administrative experience: 1 year (required)
- immigration: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- Mandarin (preferred)

- Night Shift (preferred)
