Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Renovator to join our team. As a Renovator, you will be responsible for performing a variety of renovation tasks, including carpentry, drywall installation, masonry work, cabinet installation, flooring installation, construction painting, plumbing, and following schematics to build and renovate various structures.

**Duties**:

- Perform carpentry work such as framing, installing doors and windows, and building structures
- Use power tools and hand tools to complete renovation tasks
- Install drywall and perform masonry work for walls and surfaces
- Install cabinets and flooring materials according to specifications
- Conduct construction painting to enhance the appearance of renovated areas
- Perform basic plumbing tasks such as installing fixtures and repairing leaks
- Follow schematics and blueprints to build and renovate structures
- Ensure all renovation work meets safety standards and building codes

**Skills**:

- Proven experience as a Renovator or similar role
- Proficient in carpentry techniques and using power tools
- Strong knowledge of drywall installation and masonry work
- Experience in cabinet installation and flooring installation
- Familiarity with construction painting techniques
- Basic plumbing skills for fixture installation and repairs
- Ability to read schematics and follow blueprints accurately
- Strong attention to detail and ability to complete tasks efficiently

Note: This is a paid position. Internship positions must also be compensated.

Pay: $30.00-$34.00 per hour

Expected hours: 37.5 per week
