**Job Responsibilities (include but are not limited to)**:

- Building foundations (including ICF), installing floor beams, laying sub-flooring and installing walls and roofing systems
- Fitting and installing trim, doors, stairs, moulding and hardware
- Measuring, cutting and joining materials made of wood or wood substitutes
- Repairing and renovating structures
- New Builds for homes and cottages on main lands and islands of Muskoka and surrounding area
- Additions
- Framing
- Structural Work
- Insulating & Vapor Barrier
- Window & Door Installation
- Exterior Siding
- Setting up Scaffolding
- Operating tools & Equipment
- Working alongside other trades

**Qualifications**:

- 3 years carpentry experience preferred
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Must be very well organized
- Ability to understand construction blueprints, documents, and plans
- Must possess valid G Class drivers license & have access to a reliable vehicle
- Experience in the construction industry required
- Strong communication with excellent written and verbal communication skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $24.00-$35.00 per hour

**Experience**:

- carpentry: 3 years (preferred)
